With over 20 years experience in the data space and a PhD in Psychology, he has extensive experience of building, nurturing and growing data teams.
Shorful started his career as a lecturer, having also worked in the NHS and government before creating and leading data teams across companies like ITV, Adam&Eve, Wunderman, Tribal as well as companies he founded, both in the UK and offshore in countries such as USA, Czech Republic, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and many more.
He has also, consulted for some of the world’s largest organisations including Microsoft, Shell, CocaCola, Volkswagen, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, etc., helping them leverage data for commercial and customer value.
