Phoenix Jay is a data professional and IC leader with over 8 years of experience at the intersection of technology, data, and strategic operations. She completed both her B.A. and M.S. in Data Analytics at Columbia University.

Throughout her career, Phoenix has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to drive innovation and optimize processes across various sectors, while also cultivating community and connections.

With a robust background in data analytics, Phoenix has focused on empowering human-centered outcomes while leveraging modern technologies. Her expertise in data warehousing and analytics has enabled her to optimize data models, ensure robust governance, and deliver actionable reporting metrics that drive decision-making.

Beyond technical acumen, in her commitment to uplifting underserved communities, Phoenix also has experience in board leadership. She advises leadership as a Board Council member in the DevColor organization and also as an Associate Board member for the Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative.
