Dustin is Enterprise Analytics Manager – Data Fluency & Lead of Community of Practice at MedStar Health. Over his 12+ years as a data practitioner, he developed a passion for building engagement with and community activities around data analytics. It was these passions that inspired him to take on his current role, as well as to be a Co-Founder of the Data Careers Summit, launch the Data Ideas podcast and to begin speaking at various industry events. Dustin is a proud resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he enjoys cheering on local sports teams and spending time with his wife and two children.
