Trending Analytics offers a 30-day refund policy and money-back guarantee on specified products. We do not provide refunds for products and instant downloadables.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you consumed all of the product content within 30 days, implemented the strategies in the program, and did not experience any results. This includes watching all of the course videos, reading the entire book, filling out the workbooks, and putting the templates into action.
You must request your refund within 30 days of purchasing the product in order to qualify. To request a refund, contact: info@trending-analytics.com with “refund” in the subject line. You will be asked to attach the work you’ve put into the product and if you qualify, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Note that it can take up to several days for the money to show up on your credit card, depending on your bank.

Neither Trending Analytics, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of California, USA.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in California, USA.
Trending Analytics reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
